01. What is Bloom Up?

Bloom Up is your trusted online destination for beautiful flowers, luxury bouquets, and thoughtful gifts. We deliver with love and care all throughout the United Arab Emirates, from ordinary moments to lavish celebrations.

02. How long do fresh flowers last?

Our fresh flowers usually last 5–7 days when properly cared for. Every order comes with easy care tips to help you prolong the vibrant life of your flowers.

03. Do you offer occasion-based bouquets?

Yes! We have carefully chosen bouquets and presents for every occasion, including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, and “just because” occasions.

04. Can I choose my delivery time slot?

We offer same-day delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 6:00 PM.

  • Morning Slot: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon Slot: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Evening Slot: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

If you choose our last slot, your order will arrive within 4 hours of your selected delivery time. Our team will do their best to accommodate you just reach out to us – for urgent requests.

05. Which areas do you deliver to?

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain are among the places we deliver to. Do you require delivery outside of these areas? We might still be able to make arrangements if you get in touch with us.

06. Can I request a custom bouquet or gift box?

Of course! Our florists will create something specifically for you if you let them know your theme, favorite flowers, or spending limit.

08. How will my order be shipped?

Our dependable delivery staff personally delivers every order to guarantee that your flowers are fresh, exquisitely arranged, and exactly as shown.

09. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns because flowers are perishable. However, we will be happy to replace your bouquet or give you store credit if there is a problem with the freshness or quality.

10. What if my flowers arrive damaged or not fresh?

Our top goal is your satisfaction. We will set up a replacement or refund if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition. Please contact us with photos within two hours of delivery.
